- Tuesday - Saturday 12:00 to 2:30 and 5:30 to 11. Food served 12 to 2 and 6:30 to 9
- Sunday 12 to 10:30. Food served 12 to 2:30
- Open Bank Holiday Mondays
- Happy hour is 5:30 to 7 daily
We are passionate about sourcing seasonal and local produce and most of our game and vegetables are brought to the pub by villagers. We change the menu several times a year and our goal is to cook English food that is refined yet unfussy.
Everything on our menu (other than the locally baked bread) is made on the premises from scratch. Families with children are most welcome in the restaurant at any time.
The bar is a cosy area with a large open fire place and traditional decor. We serve four quality cask ales, two of which are from the nearby Hook Norton brewery, with two other guest ales changing every few days. Our wine list is varied and extensive, with eight wines available by the glass.
